Have been waiting three weeks for my medication

I have been without my medication for three weeks and RX Outreach is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. Everything is automated and ive spent ten hours on hold this week trying to resolve this issue.

They apparently had a new rule where they needed a copy of my ID and instead of telling me so I could get my mediction in a timely manner they just put my medication on hold and it took me forever to be able to get in contact with someone and after I sent them my ID last week they said they received it and that they would send my medication immediately and they still have not sent it and ive been calling and emailing everyday and not a single person has helped me.

If you are thinking of using this service try calling their help line to see how impossible it is to get help from them. These people should not be responsible for peoples medical needs!

In other words, you have allowed your health maintenance program to suffer significantly by counting on a single unreliable source for everything. There should always be a Plan-B for everything in life ; especially the important ones.

Don't say a word about insurance, providers, plans, etc.; you are your own case manager at the end of the day. What do (does) your physician(s) say ? There is always another way to get the important things.

Insurance companies are sub human feeder entities who should be unemployed. Don't count on those useless parasites for anything.

Wildly inconsistent processing and shipping.

Running out of daily meds because they took 10 days to ship my order is unacceptable. I always pay $50 for overnight shipping because I have no idea how long it will take them to "process" my order before they actually ship it.

The worst thing is calling three times in a day and getting three DIFFERENT answers. Two days ago I was told my order would ship that day. I did not. Yesterday I was told the same.

Still not shipped. Today I was told my order "just finished processing", but wouldn't ship until tomorrow. The first two months I ordered from them, everything went as expected. Since then I've been run around with dozens of different answers as to why my RX hasn't shipped, and they usually say "it will ship today".

Then I call the next day and get the same vague runaround. No complaint department that I can find, and very few knowledgeable employees on the phone. Phone wait times can be over an hour as well.

A carelessly run organization. Especially considering how important their chosen service is to people.

THEY PRINT SHIPPING LABELS TO TRICK CUSTOMERS INTO THINKING THEIR MEDS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED!

I've had a disappointing experience with this service, and I want to share my thoughts to help others avoid similar frustrations. I've been using this service for seven months now, and unfortunately, the issues I've encountered have only worsened over time.

Initially, I attributed the problems to growing pains, hoping they would improve.

However, they have persisted and become increasingly troublesome.

For the first three months, they consistently sent one prescription but not the other, I was met with confusion and misinformation when I contacted them for assistance. Their customer service was also a source of frustration. Waiting on hold for an hour only to receive assistance from someone who didn't seem to know what they were doing became a recurring issue. Sometimes, I'd discover days later that my prescription still hadn't been shipped.

Thankfully, I eventually connected with the capable and helpful Operations Manager, Erika.

For a few months, she personally managed my account, and things went smoothly. However, it's become apparent that Erika is likely overloaded, as she no longer responds to my calls or emails.

Their only way to verify if my prescription has been sent is when they send me a text with a tracking number. Every month, I'm required to reauthorize them to charge my credit card and send them a reminder email to fill my prescription. Sadly, more often than not, the fulfillment date comes and goes without any notification that my prescription has been filled, forcing me to contact them once again.

Despite my efforts to reach out to someone other than Erika, I've received no response.

It's worth noting that when I do manage to contact Erika, I receive a text message with a tracking number promptly. Unfortunately, the tracking number frequently doesn't work, leaving me in the dark about the whereabouts of my medication.

What's particularly frustrating is that the shipping label is often created 3-4 days before the package actually leaves the facility. Lately, I've noticed they generate shipping labels the day before they fill the prescription. This appears to be a deceptive tactic to give the impression that the prescription is ready, rather than being honest about the delay.

My current situation is that today is Tuesday.

I have tried to contact Erika and Edwin(Call Center Supervisor) by phone and email: Last Thursday, Saturday, and Monday with no response. I did reach customer service today and was forced to pay $55 to overnight my prescription. This could have been avoided by the least amount of customer service. This company was bad and is getting worse.

Their customer and employee reviews are consistent with that.

My experience with this service has been marked by confusion, inconsistency, and a lack of transparency. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering their services.

They don't have anyone to speak to me about my complaint.

Extremely inconsistent with processing and shipping. Which is their most important responsibility.

I pay an extra $50 for expedited shipping and still run out of meds some months because they took so long to process and actually ship my RX. Some months they process and ship within 48 hours, some months it's 10 days! Can't get a straight answer from anyone there. The worst part is reps often lie just to get off the phone.

I was told my order would be shipped two days ago, and then told it would ship yesterday. Today the rep said it didn't "process" until today, and wouldn't ship until tomorrow. Different answer every time I call. Which is a process in itself with the long wait times.

Paying $50 for overnight shipping only to receive my order 10 days after they received the RX is unacceptable. Even more ridiculous that they can't give any reason why this simple transaction is so difficult and inconsistent.

Calling requires a dedicated 2-3 hours of hold time. If you do get through to refill your medication, please allow a solid week + for them to process- even if you use expedited. That means nothing. They ask you to send your ID to a non-secure random email- no idea what happens to that. Pretty disappointing "service". No sense of urgency, apathetic customer service. They are not bringing any value whatsoever.

I have called RX Outreach several times. And I have still not received my medications.

I would call and they would tell me that my medication would be shipped out and I would never receive it . They told me they had an expired card on file, but, failed many times to tell me that. And so I have been without my medication for approximately 16 days!!

I don't spend hours on the phone with anyone, ever. I hate telephones (always have, since 1956) and have a tough time controlling my temper when some voice tries to talk over me (after disturbing my peace with their unsolicited, unwelcome intrusion).

Don't own a cell phone either, never have.

In my world, if it doesn't happen in writing, it didn't happen. Served me well for decades in life and business.

I did contact my MD and RX written properly on their end. I’m starting to wonder if the pills are fake bc they worked at first they switch manufacturers and it was like taking a placebo that had NO real medication in capsule… I know something is off especially now that...

#1 pharmacist gives me incorrect medication I needed immediate I get Extended release my MD NEVER had ER on the RX! 100% THERE FAULT.
#2 They wont process your rx until you call them first, I called followed protocol 1 week passes turns out she never processed order to begin with!
#3 turn around time was awful so they offer me tier 1,2 or 3 to expedite shipping come to find out she never put tier 2 on my order to begin with that happened 2 times.

But 2nd time you took my money and it took 19 day to receive meds. So you CANNOT trust these customer service agents bc they assure you and confirm info and than dont do anything they were supposed too so triple check whilst still on the call!

Meds are never sent when they're supposed to. My husband has been out of meds more than once. You wait on hold forever. They're over night service is a joke as it's not overnight. Customer service can be rude. I don't save any money going thru them. The list goes on and on and many others have the same issues.

Customer reps and Manager are misleading and evasive, say contradictory things. I can't get verification/tracking info of shipment. I have requested callback and email to no avail. Was first promised a call then an email by a manager, confirming purchase and shipment information -NONE RECEIVED. I desperately need this medication for pain management. Script was submitted by Dr weeks ago, and it has been PAID FOR.
