I sent them 3 months written prescriptions and only received one month filled. I get told different stories with each person I speak to, including the pharmacist.

I've been without my medication for several weeks. No one there seems to care. I have called at least 11 times trying to get the situation taken care of. My physician's office has also spoken with them.

I sent my prescriptions by registered mail thinking this would help. I haven't received any help so far. I called today and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told one would call me back today.

I haven't heard anything yet. I don't believe my physician would rewrite for my prescriptions as he is old-school. I have multiple sclerosis. This medication I need to function everyday.

I've lost time at work. It would be great if someone could help with this.
