Out of medication again!

For the third or fourth time I am out of my medication and waiting on RX outreach. New script from doctor was sent in a week ago. They are so SLOW and incompetent! BUT this is serious! Too many patients are running out of their meds! Email or call one of their main persons: Bridgette Sims Outreach Coordinator 314-627-**** bridgette.sims@***.org They need to know that they need some type of management!

I called Monday i was supposed to be 3 meds found out later i was billed for 4 called back to cancel order thought i had it straightened out but later found they had debited my checking account for 4 meds.. I no longer take atorvastatin. I called to see if I could return the atorvastatin but was told I had to speak to a supervisor which would call me back within 24 hours good luck on that one too many cooks spoil the broth. . makes me wonder broth. it appear the left hand does not

I WAITED 33 DAYS FOR ONE OF THE PAIN MEDICATIONS THAT I GET. I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR YEARS. I AM ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO CAN NOT AFFORD MEDICATION FROM TRADITIONAL SOURCES, SO I GO HERE AND PUT UP WITH THE ABUSE. THAT IS ALL THIS IS. NO ONE HERE HAS ANY IDEA WHAT IT IS LIKE TO LIVE WITH PAIN SINCE THEY WERE 5 YEARS OLD. THAT'S RIGHT FIVE. I AM NOW 70. I HAVE ON MANY OCCASIONS TOLD THEM THAT I WISH THIS PAIN ON THEM. THEY DO NOT RELATE, THEREBY, THERE IS NO EMPATHY.

Going on a month now to receive my refills. Cant even get through on the automated telephone system as their voice prompts and number keys don't register ......UNACCEPTABLE! Have been using them for the last 5 years.....guess it is time to change....

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. 15 days after RcOutreach had received their resupply, I received my Rx in the mail. No compensation for the very long delay of necessary medication..

No one contacted me when the medication arrived at RxOutReach.I called them and reminded them that I was promised that they would ship the Rx overnight once a supply had come in. They did not.About 15 days after RcOutReach had received a supply, I received my Rx in the mail.I was in moderate to severe pain with trouble breathing every day for about 12 weeks while RxOutreach arranged a resupply of the medication and to ship it to me.Their communication with me was not good.I had to call them many times.They did not keep their promise to ship the Rx quickly to me.I have to decide if I will rely on RxOutreach for necessary medications in the future.

Backorder on my prescription happened again in December 2020. RxOutreach did not learn any lessons from the last occurrence and did not fix the issue in their supply chain.

I left RxOutreach immediately so that I could get my medication from more reliable sources. Do not trust RXOutreach to provide critical medications.

Lapse in time from refill to processing to being sent.

I have been using RX Outreach for several years and have noticed a decline in service over the past year. One of my scripts is a controlled substance and CSs are only sent out twice a week. They cannot/will not process my refill before the refill date. If I had immediate access to this drug I could understand this. However, consider my refill date falls in between those two days a week, add a weekend in and delivery time I am always out before receiving my refill. 3 - 5 business days from them to me. I pay ahead so that doesn't hold up processing and I always get a call telling me it cannot yet be filled and in the past several refills (90 days) when I try to pay the amount is incorrect which would hold it up. I call and am put on hold for long periods. 55 min, 40 min and do not always get the option of having a return call. I have had a rep speak rudely to me telling me I wouldn't run out...well, yes I will. Count...and consider the 2 days a week my order is sent out and the delivery time. oh yes, I run out. This should not be difficult to understand.

The regular blood pressure meds,etc. generally come efficiently UNLESS there is a new prescription/ change of dose, etc.

then it’s phone purgatory. You can call for days and cannot see the issue online -shows as “processing “. Once I needed a 15 pill low dose controlled substance. It took 2 months and several calls, faxes with picture ID, etc.

to receive my prescription. It’s a dollar a pill for a drug that’s generic and out off patent for 60 years in a regular drug store but agony on RX to get. Bottom line: if you have an issue -ask your Doc or NP to resend the prescription to them.

Otherwise, they are the least expensive option out their for traditional meds. Good luck with your situation.

Look online and see if they have the wrong payment info. Check your charge/ debit card expiration date or bank transfer #’s again.

Call Customer Service and if you cannot reach them due to high caller volume, they usually say “press 1 to get a call back” press “2” to leave a message. If that doesn’t work, email them under general questions with your name address and needed prescription. Lastly, as an option, call CVS or Walmart or other chain store with a pharmacy to see if they have a coupon on their computer that can reduce the cost. Then ask your Doc to send the prescription via fax or through their emed computer program.

Ask the doctor to make the prescription for only 1 month ( to send to a local pharmacy) while you are working on getting It from RXOUTREACH. This will be cheaper and hopefully you can afford 1 month. I have been successful using each one of these tactics depending on what minor issue held up my losartan. Do the customer service/ checking your payment info online today.

Don’t wait if within an hour or 2 If you don't reach RXOUTREACH ! Call your Doc/ nurse practitioner/ or clinic and tell them they must call in or fax or emed through the internet your prescription for one month today!!! They (RXOUTREACH) don’t care what meds you get st your home state pharmacy, so you’ll get the 3 months anyway. So far this is my 3 year experiences with the site.

90% of my orders go flawlessly. The 10% that don’t gi through show a serious lack of customer support and is extremely upsetting.

I continue with them because it is a tiny amount for a 90 day order. Good Luck!!!!

While "trying" to do the right thing, these guys are incompetent. When it comes to dispensing medications "competence" is important. They dont' do what they say they are going to do, they do NOT answer the phone or return inquiries, they screw up orders, they are NOT on time with shipping. If you are ordering something like Viagra it might work. However, if your life depends on your meds, you better have a back up plan. 4 out of 5 times these guys are going to let you down!

Several times they charged me for a medication and it would come in so late that I would have to buy it somewhere else defeating the whole purpose so I wouldn't run out and the most recent one has been on hold for 60 days even though they charged me this is the worst company ever stay away from it and get a GoodRx card that was my second go to option it's a little pricier but it's a lot cheaper than normal even with my insurance which is trash.. but whatever most are.. like I said stay away from this company they are garbage!!! I can't stress this enough do not go through these people you will tear the hair out of your head even if your bald like me.

Rx charged 3 times the amount charged by my local pharmacy ( 120.00 vs 360. ) Tried to cancel when I received an email listing their charge to my account . Called their offices was on hold for 30 min , was given the option to have them call back , chose that . No call back . Will dispute charge and refuse delivery.

I have had many issues over the years with RX outreach. Mostly timely delivery. Faxed RX take 48 hours for them to see. Controlled substances ship 2 days a week only. Invariably something always happened and I had to pay for expedited shipping. This last time, all was going well. I paid (I thought. Nope, needed to call. Spent 2 hours holding. Had called as soon as they opened. Hung up, after asking them to call me back. Of course no call back. Did the same thing again. Left a message but also emailed giving all my CC info and to send immediately. Had to get another RX and pay much higher cost elsewhere. Meds have finally been mailed, some 12 days after I sent the fax. Thank goodness my insurance finally kicked in. More costly but no more RX outreach.

I have been trying to contact RX Outreach for the past 4 weeks; leaving a message for call back, in their system left for them to contact me; their email system to have them get back with and listing my issues. This is January 28, 2020 and tried again today and am on hold for too long.
